This 60 minute healing is done with the clients lying comfortable on a massage table surrounded by the sound bowls. The session starts with sound vibration to get the client into a relaxed meditative state Then bowls are placed directly on the client's body so the physical vibration penetrates deep into your tissue. This has a deeply relaxing and balancing effect on your tissue and nervous system.
